  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable for electronic signatures).

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please send your DMCA notice through our website's contact form with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. Include all the required information listed above.

Important: Please ensure your notice includes all required elements, as incomplete notices may not be processed.

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  2. Notify the user who posted the material about the removal
  3. Provide the user with information about filing a counter-notification
  4. Terminate repeat infringers' accounts when appropriate

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may terminate a user's account if they have been the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a false or misleading DMCA notice.
